Background

A company providing services to the mining industry faced a critical operational challenge: the manual review of documents to authorize personnel access to operational areas.


This process included verifying documents such as IDs, driver’s licenses, machinery operation authorizations, employment contracts, and medical certificates, among others.

Due to the volume and variety of documents, accreditation for each person could take up to 9 business days, affecting efficiency in daily operations and causing delays in projects.
